Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:As an Audio- Visual Technician, you will design, deploy, and support the critical audio-visual infrastructure that enables Helion's real-time test operations, high-voltage system monitoring, and interdepartmental coordination. Your work will directly impact our ability to safely and efficiently test pulsed fusion systems and support the fast-paced operations of our experimental devices. This is a hands-on technical role requiring in-field deployment and system support during high-intensity test campaigns and integration events.You Will:<ul><li>Design, install, and maintain AV systems that support live operations, machine testing, and real-time collaboration</li><li>Integrate AV equipment into Helion's network infrastructure and ensure reliability during high-stakes test campaigns</li><li>Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues under tight timelines, and document AV configurations and signal flows</li><li>Partner with engineers, operators, and stakeholders to ensure AV readiness for operational reviews and live events</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>3+ years of experience supporting audio/video systems in a live operation, broadcast, control room, or test facility environment</li><li>Experience with A/V equipment (e.g., high-speed cameras, network cameras, encoders, microphones)</li><li>Experience with control room operations or critical infrastructure systems</li><li>Familiar with A/V signal flow and integration with diagnostic systems</li><li>Familiar with audio network system protocols</li><li>Familiar with network operations, with qualifications such as Network+/A+ and Cisco CCNA</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at height</li><li style="line-height:1.4;">Experience with real-time video streaming tools</li></ul>#LI-Onsite  <div><div><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsHelion's compensation package includes a competitively benchmarked base salary, meaningful equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
