About this opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager – Personal Care to manage and grow key customer accounts in the Personal Care segment. This is a dynamic role involving end-to-end account management, internal cross-functional coordination, and strategic customer engagement. The role also includes a component of business development with both existing and new clients, contributing to the overall growth of the Personal Care portfolio.Your key responsibilities will be to:<ul><li>Develop and manage key Personal Care customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers’ Procurement, NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.</li><li>Develop strategic account plans with a forward-looking perspective, aligned with customer objectives.</li><li>Conduct regular business review meetings to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction.</li><li>Lead customer engagement across NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects.</li><li>Drive customer retention initiatives and deliver excellent service to maintain long-term relationships.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams including NPD, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to ensure seamless project execution and supply performance.</li><li>Contribute accurate demand forecasts and updates into the S&amp;OP (Sales &amp; Operations Planning) process to support production planning and inventory management.</li><li>Work with the Finance team on timely pricing reviews, contract updates, and commercial terms.</li><li>Act as the internal voice of the customer to align cross-functional teams with project goals and customer expectations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for account growth and extension of product ranges with existing customers.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing Manager to analyse market trends, identify white spaces, and shape value propositions.</li></ul>Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:<ul><li> Solid experience in FMCG account management, preferably in Personal Care or related sectors.</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.</li><li>Strong understanding of product development processes, commercial finance, and supply chain dynamics.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul>
