If you want to tackle these challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment then get in touch! What you will do: <ul><li>As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will work closely with the Venture Development, Operations and BI &amp; Data Analytics teams to design, build, and maintain data structures and ensure the best-in-class reporting infrastructure. You will be integrated into an ambitious, dynamic and rapid changing environment which it is expected from you to navigate and bring adequate analytical structure to.  </li><li>Own the projects intake process and bring transparency on trade-offs through diplomatic communication. Closely work with the tech and leadership rounds, conduct weekly prioritization meetings with them and ensure quarterly roadmap planning. </li><li>Co-own business problems and technical initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders and translate them into data solutions.   </li><li>Maintain, develop and validate an existing, complex and changing CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive) data landscape. </li><li>Support and coach business analysts in the usage of the data through SQL and data models. You will bring a balance between short-term speedy solutions and long-term sustainable analytics.  </li><li>Develop deep knowledge of the upper funnel (lead to contract) data and use it to validate business logics plus an adequate usage. </li></ul>
