Future opportunities may include Workplace Experience Manager and more with Team Green.A Day in the Life of a Workplace Experience Supervisor<ul><li>Lead and mentor Office Services team members that provide a seamless, high-quality office experience to all employees and visitors, and act as the primary backup to Reception</li><li>Build and maintain key business relationships with stakeholders, workplace vendors, oversee landlord and tenant relations to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Plan and execute office events, team-building activities, and celebrations</li><li>Continuously enhance office procedures and policies to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction</li><li>Assist in office space planning, including reviewing office leases, growth projections, space requirements while monitoring operational expenditures and supporting annual budget planning.</li><li>Create office-wide communications and collaborate with the Marketing team on company-wide communications and initiatives.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to assess office conditions, ensuring that equipment, furniture, and common areas are clean, fully operational, and well-maintained.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>3-5 years of office administration experience including leadership roles, with a Business Administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Office 365, Workday, Adobe Acrobat; ability to learn new administrative systems.</li><li>Strong multitasking, autonomous work skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in fast-paced settings.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; proactive in addressing issues and collaborating across all organizational levels.</li><li>Should hold a valid driver’s license.</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
