Command Center Operations Manager

Benefits vary by location.</span></p><div><div><span>Activities/ Responsibilities:&nbsp;</span></div><ul><li><div><span>The Command Center (CC)Operations Manager (OM) will manage 24/7 CC operations directly responsible for monitoring and analyzing activities and data from numerous global locations. The OM will ensure the CC staff adheres to and meets Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and quality assurance audits.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Manage, delegate, and direct action in a 24/7 operation’s environment, keen ability to balance priorities and response to time sensitive and critical escalations.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Speaking and presenting to Transdev and client leadership the CC OM is directly responsible for accuracy in data and robust action plans.&nbsp;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Advanced knowledge in spreadsheet&nbsp; and similar data analysis tools to conduct data analysis, trending and modeling, showcasing metrics in visual formats and determining actionable plans.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Supervise the daily activity of the CCS to ensure efficient operation across shifts.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Drive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Manager.</span></div></li><li><div><span>May be assigned to attend meetings with the client to represent Manager or other functional managers.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Ensures compliance throughout the division to global process standards and works on continuous improvement initiatives.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Defines and maintains standard operating procedures for the Command Center Operation.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Manages and implements the performance-based pay program for all subordinate employees.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Follows up on timekeeping practices and payroll responsibilities for global operations ensures Bi-weekly payroll is completed for global operators.&nbsp;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Develops and schedules program work plan in accordance with specifications in conjunction with client staff; oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of program; determines priorities.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Maintains routine records and performs a variety of clerical work activities related to the property operation</span></div></li><li><div><span>Able to solve intermediate to complex problems, from identification to resolution.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Maintains high degree of confidentiality of all information</span></div></li><li><div><span>All other duties as required.</span></div></li></ul><b></b></div><div><div><span>Education and Experience:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>High School Diploma or GED Required;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred</span></div></li><li><div><span>2 or more years Operations experience in leading teams in a CC environment preferred;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Degree in Communications, Business, Logistics, Communications, Operations, or related field - preferred</span></div></li></ul><div><span>Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></div></li><li><div><span>Ability to organize and prioritize dynamic workloads</span></div></li><li><div><span>Impeccable attention to detail&nbsp;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Strong data analytics skills</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience communicating with people from multiple backgrounds</span></div></li><li><div><span>Comfortable in cross functional team environments</span></div></li><li><div><span>Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone (Android preferred but not required)</span></div></li></ul><ul><li><div><span>Travel up to 20% of the time</span></div></li></ul><b><b></b></b></div><p>&nbsp;</p><div><span>Pre-Employment and On-site Requirements:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Must be 21 years old;</span></div></li><li><div><span>All Transdev employees must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
