Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Have solid understanding and knowledge of Klüber’s Maintenance Program. As instructed by manager, abide by the maintenance schedule to service equipment. Update preventative maintenance database as routine work, after repairs or changes to equipment have been made. Closeout jobs in system as approved by manager.</li><li>Ensure that all production equipment is clean and in good working condition making full use of the Maintenance Program.</li><li>Troubleshoot systems including machinery, equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic and install mechanical systems and interpret mechanical drawings.</li><li>Organize, design and install electrical as required, oversee electrical design and installation of outside contractors, knowledge of control systems a plus (VFD, HMI, PLC, etc.) and understanding electrical schematics.</li><li>Light maintenance duties such as painting, fixing small repairs, stocking/moving goods, wiping equipment down, cleaning/dusting, cleaning inventory shelves.</li><li>Outside maintenance such as general cleanup and presentation of property and building.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance position or similar transferable skills.</li><li>Experience with manufacturing equipment, procedures, and processes</li><li>Strong mechanical skills.</li><li>Must have intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.</li><li>Able to lift and manipulate up to 55 lbs. and climb stairs and ladders.</li><li>Must have an active Drivers Licenses</li><li>Able to pass physical exams before starting work.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
