Support global and regional SAP (or SAP add-on’s) projects involving sales order processing, billing, and EDI integration</li><li>Application Consulting, Process Definition, and Global Standard Development: Initiation, Coordination and Support of SAP EDI configuration (e.g., output types, partner profiles, IDocs, message types). Align with global templates and process standards, ensuring consistency across SAP rollouts.</li><li>Technical Consultation and User Support: Act as a key interface between business and IT for EDI topics (orders, invoices, ASN, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, sales, sales support) to ensure reliable sales and distribution processes Analyze and troubleshoot EDI errors, IDoc failures, and SAP SD-related issues.</li><li>Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and support to end-users and key users.
