Develop a detailed business case to support the overall profitability of the business.</li><li>Define KPIs to measure customer utilization, customer satisfaction, and overall product effectiveness. Work with the data analytics team to develop dashboards to monitor these KPIs over time.</li><li>Monitor emerging trends and ensure that Scout’s Connected Services are always at the forefront of the industry.</li><li>Manage the lifecycle of Connected Services, from concept ideation to execution and production.
