This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in accounting or a related business field who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional finance environment.<hr> <h3>What your day-to-day might look like:</h3><ul><li>Entering payables and assisting with data entry of invoices and journal entries</li><li>Organizing and coding A/P invoices for processing</li><li>Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor records</li><li>Responding to vendor emails and phone inquiries</li><li>Routing invoices for approval and processing payments</li><li>Performing reconciliations and helping resolve invoice discrepancies</li><li>Assisting with audit support and special projects as needed</li></ul><hr> We would love to talk to you if you have many of the following:<ul><li>Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a business-related major</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li></ul> <div>Please note that the “Day in the Life” section is not intended to be an exhaustive list of job duties, but rather a representative snapshot of typical responsibilities and work experiences at RES.RES is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
