This position will provide operational support for our various HR Systems in order to maintain timely, accurate HR system data and provide Workday support with a focus on reporting, absence configuration, and business process optimization.What You'll Do:<ul style=""><li>Responsible for day-to-day, ongoing maintenance and process tasks within Workday, including loading inbound EIBs, maintaining time off and leave plans, accrual adjustments, creating new locations, updating job profiles and salary ranges, and more</li><li>Seek continuous improvement of the quality of the HR systems at Lime, including but not limited to Workday, Ashby, CloudPay, and ADP WorkForceNow.</li><li>Build and maintain HR business processes and create reports and dashboards to drive manager, employee, and HRBP self-service globally.</li><li>Create, update, and assist with the delivery of training, user guides, system workflows, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting.</li><li>Engage with the Workday community to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs.</li><li>Participate in HRIS projects related to process improvement, new functionalities, process upgrades etc., from requirement gathering, configuration, and testing through rollout stages.</li><li>Provide dedicated support for the assigned HRIS areas of focus and manage escalations where necessary.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>2+ years of experience with Workday required</li><li>An action-oriented self-starter; operates at a fast pace</li><li>Thrive in a start-up environment</li><li>Enjoy and embrace ambiguity</li><li>Flexibly adapt to changing priorities &amp; timelines</li><li>Collaborative working style</li><li>Thorough understanding of system interdependencies.</li><li>Experience in the Workday functional areas of Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Benefits preferred.</li><li>Experience with business process configuration, custom reporting, security.</li><li>The ability to analyze configurations with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and to thoroughly test solutions. </li></ul>#LI-Remote#LI-PD1 If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
