Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).MISSIONSIn order to strengthen our Construction team, the Project Manager will be responsible for:<ul><li>Responsible of the Schedule and budget compliance of the projects under her/his responsibility.</li><li>EPC and PPA Contract Management.</li><li>Suppliers and contractors’ contract management.</li><li>Main equipment delivered on time according to the working Schedule.</li><li>Responsible of the HSEQ compliance policies in the projects.</li><li>Participate on the purchasing procedures and definitions of needs.</li><li>Projects invoice verification and approval.</li><li>Lead on site meetings.</li><li>Make sure that the projects are accordance with the permits.</li><li>Make sure that the O&amp;M handover is done properly.</li><li>Make sure that the projects comply with the technical specifications.</li><li>Weekly reports responsible (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…)</li><li>Ensuring the tests, trials and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.</li><li>Participating in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring.</li><li>Participate in the development of backlog projects.</li><li>Reporting any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase.</li></ul>YOUR PROFILE<ul><li>You have an engineering university degree (civil, electrical or similar) to a master’s degree and have 5 years of experience in project management during construction (preferably photovoltaic).</li><li>English and Italian are mandatory.</li><li>Good technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry.</li><li>PMI is a plus.</li><li>As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the projects.
