Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries</li><li>Administer the Time and Attendance System (TMS), including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate payroll integration</li><li>Maintain employee leave records and provide reports to support internal and external reporting requirements</li><li>Generate reports to support financial reporting and internal KPIs</li><li>Coordinate the company’s performance review process</li><li>Liaise with occupational health providers and manage administration for pre-employment medicals and referrals</li><li>Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies</li><li>Develop and maintain training matrices and records; support scheduling and delivery of internal/external training</li><li>Assist with organising internal company events, service awards, and general HR administrative tasks</li><li>Support recruitment activities, including interviewing and sourcing</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in developing their HR career.
