Job DescriptionPosition TitleDirector, HRReporting to the Head of HR for the Infrastructure Group, the HR Director will be part of a lean team that is focused on delivering practical and commercial HR advice and support. You will be accountable for 1) leading HR for the corporate operations group in the Toronto HQ office and 2) leading the execution of global initiatives particularly focused on compensation and organizational design and planning. The HR Director will have a natural penchant to roll up their sleeves and provide solutions-oriented support to our client groups. You will also be balanced by having a strong interest in data analytics and comfort with handing data and has interest in leveraging the same to support the business with decision making.
