This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of advanced teleoperation/autonomy technologies. The expert will work within the operations department.</p><h3><strong>How you will leave your footprint</strong></h3><ul><li>Maintaining a safety-first mindset at all times, addressing potential security gaps with supervisors.</li><li>Ensuring conscientious and punctual completion of all driving-related tasks at customer sites and on the test track.</li><li>Serving as a safety driver for (partially) autonomous and/or tele-operated trucks and performing manual driving with terminal tractors and regular trucks in productive use at customer sites.</li><li>Ensuring correct load securing.</li><li>Conducting manual and automated tests on operational activities.</li><li>Identifying, reporting, and documenting any issues or anomalies encountered during testing. </li></ul><h3><strong>What you will bring to the team</strong></h3><ul><li>Valid driver’s licence (Category C + Modules 1-5)</li><li>Experience with automotive/Trucks driving combined with a good level in computer skills to manage tools and equipment.</li><li>Good to have knowledge in testing tools and frameworks.</li><li>Effective communication in English and collaboration skills. </li><li>German is a plus. </li><li>Ability to travel occasionally to test sites and partner facilities for shirts/midterms deployment durations.</li><li>Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer @ FERNRIDE</strong></p><p>At FERNRIDE, we believe in empowering you to thrive both personally and professionally.
