You will support business development through proposals, RFI responses, customer engagement, and organic growth.</span></p><h1><span style="font-size:14pt;">Responsibilities</span></h1><ul><li>Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort, driving day-to-day execution of the program</li><li>Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to execute the program</li><li>Synchronize a diverse technical team by establishing tools, practices, and process</li><li>Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues</li><li>Track and report program metrics on schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance</li><li>Serve as the face of the company to customers, subcontractors and suppliers</li></ul><h1><span style="font-size:14pt;">Qualifications</span></h1><ul><li>B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred</li><li>5 years relevant experience in program management</li><li>Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality.</li><li>Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems.
