<div><div>We are seeking to hire a dynamic and highly organized Marketing &amp; Event Manager to drive our brand forward through strategic marketing campaigns and high-impact events. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Business Development. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, content).</li><li>Leverage HubSpot for automation, segmentation, performance tracking, Dashboards</li><li>Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including coordination and follow-up.</li><li>Align campaign goals with Sales and Partnerships teams.</li><li>Create and manage branded content for campaigns and events.</li><li>Build relationships with industry partners and secure sponsorships.</li><li>Track KPIs and report on lead generation, engagement, and ROI.</li><li>Manage and reconcile marketing and event budgets.</li><li>Managing Marketing Communications Internally and Externally</li><li>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as directed by management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</li><li>3–5+ years in marketing and event management (B2B or B2C).</li><li>Firsthand experience with HubSpot marketing automation and reporting.</li><li>Proficient in Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Eventbrite, Click Up</li><li>Strong project management and communication skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong diligence to detail.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%).</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Industry experience (e.g., renewable energy, SaaS).</li><li>Advanced HubSpot skills including sales-marketing alignment.</li><li>Experience creating marketing materials, and presentations</li><li>Experience managing hybrid or virtual events.</li><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Analytical Skills</li></ul></div></div>
