The Area Vice President (AVP) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall operational excellence, profitability, and strategic growth of all designated locations within their assigned area. This individual will ensure that all business activities align with company goals and philosophies, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and positive employee relations. The AVP will provide strong leadership and guidance to local managers and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), ensuring the effectiveness of the management team and promoting a work environment characterized by consistency, fairness, and equity for all employees.  Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning &amp; Financial Management:<ul><li>Develop and Implement Business Plans: Collaborate with each region and operation to prepare comprehensive annual business plans.
