In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of improving labor efficiency, reporting, and financial planning across our warehouse and street operations. You’ll develop key metrics and tools to enhance real-time visibility of performance and drive targeted analysis that informs operational decisions and strategic opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy &amp; Planning, and local operations teams to help shape the future of Lime’s labor planning as we continue to scale.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong understanding of financial principles, and is passionate about using data to solve complex problems. This role requires occasional travel (~10%) to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Improve real-time visibility of labor efficiency and spend: Develop metrics and tooling to improve visibility of warehouse and street operations labor efficiency, to support operational decision making and business intelligence</li><li>Build models and dashboards: Use data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, tableau, spreadsheet) to build models for labor forecasting and dashboards for local operations teams - ensuring robust logic, consistent and clearly-defined assumptions, intuitive user-interface</li><li>Contribute to financial planning process: Collaborate with Finance, S&amp;P, and local operations to support the labor aspect of Lime’s annual and quarterly financial planning process</li><li>Monitor trends in performance: Monitor labor efficiency performance vs plan and identify root causes for any variance or new trends</li><li>Collaborate with partner teams to improve labor efficiency: Provide insight and targeted analysis to troubleshoot issues or highlight opportunities.
