This role is pivotal in shaping our organization's future and involves approximately 35% travel, ensuring hands-on involvement in moving operative topics forward.<ul><li>Manage HR-related topics and oversee HR processes across multiple global locations, including Bramsche, Hückelhoven, Neugersdorf, Lomnice (CZ), and Zhangjiagang (CN), as well as 10 legal entities worldwide for sales and logistics activities.</li><li>Translate the strategy into operative, long-term goals that are aligned with the divisional leadership team.</li><li>Lead and develop Site HR Managers, fostering their professional growth and development.</li><li>Drive HR workstreams leveraging the PMI process management.</li><li>Harmonize and optimize HR-related processes.</li><li>Ensure labor law compliance and manage labor relations effectively.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.</li><li>Extensive experience in multidisciplinary HR roles, including leadership positions, preferably within operations or manufacturing environments.</li><li>Fluency in German and English.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 35%.</li><li>Legal and HRIS technical expertise.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with a focus on achieving organizational goals.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building effective stakeholder relationships.</li><li>Strategic mindset and advanced problem-solving capabilities with experience in aligning initiatives to long-term organizational objectives.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
