Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>Lead all aspects of plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and safety</li><li>Support the plant start-up phase including recruitment, equipment installation, and process design</li><li>Implement efficient operational systems aligned with global standards</li><li>Drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization through data and KPI monitoring</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support production needs</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field</li><li>7+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment</li><li>Proven track record in plant start-up or process optimization is a plus</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills</li><li>Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred</li><li>Must have working rights in EU</li></ul>
