We take a full-lifecycle approach to our projects, built on a long-term ownership model and a company culture dedicated to our community partners and protecting the environment.Job Summary:This position reports to the Manager of Solar and Storage and is responsible for BESS O&amp;M Engineering support. The engineer in this role will manage and resolve technical issues at assigned LRE plants.  O&amp;M support entails troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, tracking, and prioritizing against competing issues.  The position requires a functional understanding of the sub-systems of the Powin Stack 230 and Stack750/Centipede system. The engineer will be responsible for planning and executing capacity augmentation. The engineer must have a demonstrated ability to resolve problems, communicate and manage resources effectively as well as deliver complex and time sensitive assignments in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor the performance of BESS plants</li><li>Review alarms, identify and troubleshoot outages</li><li>Engage and direct field technicians. Travel on site when necessary.</li><li>Document work instructions, fault conditions and trouble resolution.</li><li>Plant onboarding support: review documents from construction.
