We are seeking an Automation Group Manager to join our dynamic division and perform the below tasks:<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of Automation Engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence</li><li>Oversee automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, GEA standards, and industry best practices</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients, negotiating project scope and timelines to deliver outstanding results</li><li>Provide expert guidance to sales and project teams, including project estimations and technical support</li><li>Ensure all automation quotations and project executions meet our high standards for quality, budget, and deadlines</li><li>Drive optimization of engineering tools, methods, and project execution processes</li><li>Proactively assess and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles</li><li>Make key decisions on product customization during project execution</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in Automation Engineering</li><li>Professional certification in Project Management (PMP; Prince2, etc.)</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Automation/Electrical roles</li><li>Extensive background in project execution and management</li><li>Leadership experience: skilled in guiding and mentoring teams</li><li>Languages: English (B2/C1); French, Portuguese, or German are highly valuable</li><li>Strategic planning and organizational skills</li><li>Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality excellence</li><li>Customer-centric approach (internal and external)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package with flexible remuneration options (e.g., health insurance, restaurant tickets).</li><li>Flexible working hours and the option for remote work (two days per week).</li><li>23 days of vacation per year.</li><li>Great work environment as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Internal training and career development opportunities—national and international</li><li>Join a company recognized as a "Top Employer 2025."</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
