Additional focus includes negotiating favorable commercial and intellectual property terms with specialized external service providers, including national laboratories (e.g., Idaho National Laboratory), university research labs, and other advanced technical services.</li><li>Facilities &amp; MRO Procurement: Take full ownership of procurement for all facility-related needs.
