A JOB THAT INSPIRES YOU Support for Expressions of Interest (LoIs, EoIs) and Pre-Qualifications (PQs) <ul><li>Follow directions and guidance of the Department Project Manager</li><li>Adapting standard texts to meet specific project requirements and client expectations for Request for Proposals and Tenders</li><li>Drafting and submitting requests for clarifications to the contracting authority concerning selection criteria.</li><li>Preparing and submitting replies to clarification requests received from the contracting authority, for areas directly related to the candidate’s work;</li><li>Compiling and verifying all required documentation in compliance with formal requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness under tight deadlines;</li><li>Support for preparation of PQs jointly with partner companies, including monitoring incoming documentation and proactively following up on missing items;</li><li>Performing detailed checks to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all documentation, including legal and financial content;</li><li>Final and consistent formatting of all necessary documents in accordance with the client’s requirements; and final release for printing</li><li>Ensuring timely and secure dispatch of proposals and tracking delivery to final recipient</li><li>If necessary, following up on client decisions and communication, particularly with the European Commission</li></ul>Support for Technical Proposals <ul><li>Compiling legal, financial, reference, and other administrative documents, ensuring adherence to format, validity, and compliance requirements;</li><li>Reviewing and cross-checking multiple documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency;</li></ul>Database Maintenance <ul><li>Updating and maintaining internal databases and tracking systems related to technical projects</li><li>Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data inputs while managing frequent updates across multiple projects</li></ul> A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage</li><li>Experience and knowledge of project management methodologies</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to work efficiently with PDF tools for editing, formatting, and combining documents</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and handle time-sensitive assignments</li><li>Analytical skills, including the ability to assess the validity and accuracy of legal and financial documents;</li><li>Highly organized and proactive approach to work and solve issues;</li><li>Team player, comfortable in a multicultural and multilingual working environment;</li></ul> AN ENVIRONMENT THAT MOTIVATES YOU What we offer<ul><li>Extensive training and opportunities for career growth in an international environment</li><li>Opportunities to work with major international companies</li><li>Opportunities to travel and work abroad</li></ul>Location: Macedonia
