We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.<ul><li>Work as a regional point of contact for local business unit leaders and business partners for Vendor Master (VM) processing and queries</li><li>Complete requests for sensitive vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data</li><li>Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with company requirements and policies</li><li>Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running reports to enhance and cleanse vendor master data</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and assist in recommending new processes to prevent future data quality issues, including taking necessary corrective action</li><li>Provide functional support and training to various end-users as it relates to VM processing, including SOP’s</li><li>Professionally communicate with suppliers both written and verbal</li><li>Analyze, recommend and improve processes, increase efficiencies and strengthen internal controls</li><li>Provide local and regional support to end-users on Vendor Master policies</li><li>Assist with ad-hoc reporting for leadership, effectively communicating with our business partners and participating in special or cross-functional projects </li><li>Meet individual and department goals; Support Corporate Goals/Initiatives</li><li>Participate user acceptance testing for system upgrades and changes</li><li>Assist with providing requested information for internal and external auditors</li><li>Individual may perform other duties, special projects as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work period’s, or otherwise to balance the workload</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
