You will work in close cooperation with GEA Digital Hub management where you will actively shape the further development and future success of Digital Product Passport &amp; GEA Digital. Furthermore, you are involved in the key technological, business, and strategical projects. The GEA Digital Hub Düsseldorf is dedicated to digitalizing GEA's customer interface, creating new digital products and services, and establishing innovative business models. Working collaboratively with digital units across all divisions, the Hub offers GEA-wide platforms, services, and methods to support these efforts. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable world while learning about new technologies and developing your skills as a Project Manager.Your tasks:<ul><li>Lead and coordinate key sub-projects related to the implementation of the Digital Product Passport.</li><li>Translate regulatory requirements (e.g. ESPR, EU Green Deal) into digital and operational solutions and create new business models.</li><li>Drive internal change management, especially within GEA factories and inside global Sales &amp; Service organizations.</li><li>Engage with customer-facing teams to identify value-added services and new business opportunities.</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional workshops and project meetings globally.</li><li>Contribute to the integration of the Digital Product Passport into GEA’s digital product lifecycle and master data systems.</li><li>Project organization &amp; stakeholder management: Structure sub-projects, manage external partners, and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Agile methodologies &amp; best practices: Apply Scrum and other project management approaches to foster cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.</li><li>Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital project management, digital products, or transformation project ideally in an industrial environment and B2B business</li><li>Agile expertise: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is essential.</li><li>Communication &amp; leadership skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Independence &amp; teamwork: Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>High level of social competence, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to make well-founded decisions.</li><li>Problem-solving skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
