You will work on the development of a range of processes needed to make an electrolyzer. You will identify, triage, and correct manufacturing problems. You will work with the design, process development, and test teams to design high-tech assembly process flows.You will work at our Devens, MA office reporting into the Director of Stack Process and Ops Manufacturing Engineering.Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and triage daily manufacturing problems</li><li>Contribute to standard operating procedures for the electrolyzer stack build process</li><li>Maintain a quality system that documents problems and guides root-cause identification and corrective actions</li><li>Implement process improvements that improve the safety, quality, repeatability, and speed of existing fabrication steps</li><li>Develop assembly processes and roadmaps to help build towards our larger manufacturing goals</li><li>Ensure process robustness by using tools like PFMEA, Taguchi DOE and six sigma</li><li>Commit to safety and the implementation of safety guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's in relevant engineering field</li><li>2+ years of relevant project experience in a technical manufacturing environment</li><li>Deep familiarity with the following fabrication processes: manual assembly, automated assembly, fluid systems, and test engineering</li><li>Experience developing and improving designs and processes</li><li>Familiarity with a CAD programs such as: Onshape, SolidWorks, or NX</li><li>Familiarity with a MES program such as: FactoryLogix or Plex and data analysis tools such as: JMP or Minitab</li></ul>#LI-OnsiteCompensation and Benefits l P2<div><div><div>Natick Zone</div><div>$90,000—$105,000 USD</div></div></div><div>Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
