The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, managing recruitment systems, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience that aligns with our company’s growth and sustainability objectives. Duties and responsibilities  Full-Cycle Recruitment <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across all levels (junior to executive).</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop role profiles, and design sourcing strategies.</li><li>Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, job boards, and ATS pipelines.</li><li>Conduct screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.</li></ul>  Talent Strategy &amp; Market Insights <ul><li>Stay updated on renewable energy and construction talent market trends.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles (Engineering, Construction, Project Development, Commercial, Corporate).</li><li>Provide market benchmarking insights and competitor intelligence.</li></ul> HR Systems &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Maintain and optimise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information System (HRIS).</li><li>Ensure all data is accurately captured and reported.</li></ul>  Candidate Experience &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.</li><li>Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with EE, POPIA, and labour regulations in South Africa.</li><li>Support internal mobility and succession planning initiatives.</li></ul> Required skills and education background <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Renewable Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering.</li><li>Proven experience hiring for both technical and support functions (e.g., Engineering, HSE, Project Management, Finance, Legal, ED etc).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS tools and data management/reporting.</li><li>Expert sourcing and headhunting techniques (including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter).</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise hiring managers.</li><li>High attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and EE requirements.</li></ul> Preferred Attributes <ul><li>Experience recruiting in a high-growth or IPP environment.</li><li>Background working in multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.</li><li>Passion for sustainability, energy transition, and impact hiring.</li></ul> Desirable attributes The ideal candidate would have a passion for the Renewable Energy sector and personality traits would include a high level of diligence, determination, resilience, and agility. Mulilo is an employer of choice and is offering an extremely competitive total remuneration package for this position. Additional Information  Able to work overtime according to operational needs. The position is based at the offices of the company, but travel may be required occasionally.</div></div>
