Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans including life, disability and more flexible benefits</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li></ul>The role will support the regional tax management for the portfolio of countries within Europe.  Working with the Senior International Tax Manager you will provide support and guidance to your regional colleagues on a variety of compliance and advisory tax issues. What you’ll do:<ul><li>Work with the Senior International Tax Manager with regional tax management responsibilities for the portfolio of countries within Europe, encompassing both tax compliance and tax advisory issues</li><li>Support the execution of the group’s transfer pricing policies, including;<ul><li>Managing the annual documentation requirements in conjunction with the regional tax managers and external advisers</li><li>Managing the underlying legal documentation supporting those policies,</li><li>Execution of the operational aspects the policy in conjunction with other internal stakeholders</li><li>Coordinating local transfer pricing outcomes with the country tax compliance process and regional tax managers</li><li>Providing support and guidance to regional tax teams to manage country level transfer pricing controversy</li><li>Delivering a programme of continual improvement in all transfer pricing processes and procedures</li></ul></li><li>Manage ad hoc group and regional tax advisory projects</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Qualified ICAS/ACA/ and/or CTA or equivalent</li><li>UK and international tax experience combined with a desire to further enhance their transfer pricing experience within a multinational group</li><li>Highly analytical with strong communication skills</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to influence a variety of stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrate experience of working to multiple deadlines under time pressure</li><li>Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised on day to day responsibilities</li><li>Demonstrate experience of working as part of a team</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
