<h2>Overview</h2>We are designing the grid of the future!  Electric Power Engineers is in search of a Legal Operations &amp; Contracts Manager who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance for Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. <h2>Responsibilities</h2>How you can make an impact:<ul> <li>Reviewing Contract Terms &amp; Agreements: Analyze, and revise various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements, ensuring they meet EPE's needs and comply with legal requirements.</li> <li>Contract Execution &amp; Administration – Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely approvals, execution, and adherence to obligations. </li> <li>Maintaining Documentation and Records: Keep detailed records of all contract-related documents and correspondence, maintaining an organized system of physical and digital contract records. </li> <li>Risk Assessment/Compliance: Assess potential risks within contract terms and Monitor compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.  Propose appropriate mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization initiatives within the contract administration and management function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness </li> <li>Innovation: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying up to date with contract management software and artificial intelligence trends.
