<div> JOB TITLE:  Field Marketing RepresentativeAUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reports directly to the Director of Business Development</li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Act as a brand representative to promote Solar Cannabis’ book of brands to wholesale clients across Massachusetts. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Facilitate in-store activations and industry pop-ups, tradeshows, and other marketing initiatives.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring brand visibility through marketing displays, co-branded materials, and collaborative promotions.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collect feedback from budtenders and wholesale clients to inform marketing strategies and increase sales. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work closely with the Wholesale Team to brainstorm creative ways to promote new products, bundles.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage and track inventory of branded marketing materials, including swag, signage, and printed collateral.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain content calendars, ensuring alignment with wholesale initiatives. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work with the Director of Business Development to create and refine marketing materials for wholesale clients and in-store displays.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Engage clients with field marketing insights using social media strategies to improve customer experience and brand awareness.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Wholesale team and field representative will work closely with marketing to ensure collaborative efforts.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Stay up to date with the cannabis market and use data analytics to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">High school diploma or equivalent experience, BA/ BS is a plus</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Use of Expensify to track miles and out of pocket expenses</li></ul>   </div>
