Researching suppliers according to the requirements of the incoming demand and obtaining offers according to the determined specifications. Negotiating with suppliers, obtaining discounts or alternative offers to meet the necessary conditions. If there is no registered supplier qualified to meet the demand, search for new suppliers. To check the current documents to create a new supplier record and complete the current record. Creating SAP purchase requests for company-wide requests. Preparing cost evaluation analysis according to certain purchasing limits. Performing the necessary records and transactions on ERP and other relevant platforms of the company in coordination with the Plant Manager in relation to the purchases subject to investment. To follow up the orders to ensure that they are delivered at the right time and in the right way.
