At Mill we are striving to build a better environment for all, as we take on climate and kitchen change.</div><h2>Role Overview</h2>As we continue to expand our operations, we need a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to ensure our core financial and operational systems are robust and efficient. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite environment, playing a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and system performance.You'll work closely with finance, operations, and other business teams to understand their needs, optimize workflows, and deliver effective NetSuite solutions. This role is essential for supporting our transaction management processes, providing user training, and assisting with critical system integrations. You'll be a key player in ensuring NetSuite aligns with our business goals and contributes to our continued growth.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Administer and configure NetSuite modules and functionalities to meet business requirements.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime and performance.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Manage NetSuite user roles, permissions, and security settings.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Support transaction management processes, including order-to-cash, manufacturing and procure-to-pay workflows within NetSuite.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Develop and maintain custom NetSuite forms, fields, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for NetSuite optimization and automation.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Assist with NetSuite integration projects with other business systems.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Develop and deliver NetSuite training materials and sessions for new and existing users.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations, processes, and integrations.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact and benefits.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li style="font-weight:400;">3-5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Proven ability to configure and optimize NetSuite modules.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Strong understanding of NetSuite's core functionalities, including financial management, inventory, and reporting.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience with NetSuite transaction management, including order processing, invoicing, and vendor payments.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Demonstrated experience in providing user support and training for NetSuite.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Familiarity with NetSuite integration methods (e.g., SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, third-party connectors).</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within NetSuite.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience with NetSuite modules such as Inventory Management, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Manufacturing, or NetAsset is a plus.</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Familiarity with e-commerce solutions, 3PLs (third-party logistics), CRM, Jira, and Snowflake is a plus.</li></ul>The estimated base salary range for this position is $120k to $145k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant.
