You will work on a variety of client programs, including energy efficiency, rooftop, and community solar, energy demand management, and code compliance, communicating to both industry stakeholders and participants, and end-use customers.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <ul><li>Support the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns </li><li>Assist with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns  </li><li>Provide direction to creative team on the development of marketing campaign content like graphics, signage, printed materials, digital campaign assets.   </li><li>Coordinate blog posts and social media posts  </li><li>Duties include researching industry trends and competitive analyses </li><li>Duties may include coordinating program online and in-person events </li></ul>  Requirements &amp; Capabilities: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business administration, public relations or another relevant discipline </li><li>1-3 years work experience in communications, marketing, related field </li><li>Exceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening </li><li>Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles </li><li>Knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, marketing and sales copy, and social media </li><li>Great organization skills and ability to pick up a variety of tasks, and “get things done” and done well </li><li>Desire to learn and grow </li><li>Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments </li><li>Great project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multitasking and prioritization </li><li>Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills; basic excel/database management </li><li>Social media experience -- - Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter – or the desire to develop social media experience </li></ul> Required Soft Skills <ul><li>Desire to help combat climate change </li><li>Passion for teamwork, but also self-motivated </li><li>Strong client-management skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Familiarity with translating technical content into approachable and understandable language </li><li>Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines and reprioritize tasks as needed </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of  $55k - $68k<div>Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
