You will also be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnerships to help scale our digital water business.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner Management<ul><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing technology and channel partners.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies across brands and offerings.</li></ul></li><li>Business Development<ul><li>Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s digital water strategy.</li><li>Evaluate partnership performance and make recommendations for optimization and expansion.</li></ul></li><li>Sales &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Support the sales team by providing technical input and subject matter expertise on partner-enabled solutions.</li><li>Deliver compelling product and software demonstrations to partners, consultants, and prospective clients.</li><li>Serve as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams.</li></ul></li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Liaise with internal product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure partnerships are positioned for mutual success.</li><li>Act as a connector between business development efforts and technical execution.</li></ul></li></ul><div></div>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or a related field.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of water infrastructure</li><li>Experience working with or selling digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships.</li><li>Comfortable delivering software demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><div></div>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience at a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company.</li><li>Familiarity with SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS, or other water-related digital platforms.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% for partner engagement and industry events.</li></ul> High Impact Behaviors: • Strategic Vision and Foresight: Senior professionals should have the ability to develop and communicate a clear vision for the future, anticipate trends, and prepare the organization to adapt to changes.
