We’re expanding, and we need people who share our vision and want to be part of something different.About this RoleAs a Sales Planning and Order Management Intern, you will support the Sales Planning &amp; Order Management Lead in optimizing vehicle planning, forecasting, and order management processes. This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating vehicle supply and demand, working closely with commercial, operational, and global sales planning teams to contribute to strategic business objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul> <li>Main project </li> <ul> <li>Develop a Data basis that supports the business requirements </li> </ul> <li>Assist in preparing and updating the monthly car flow plan from a logistics point of view.</li> <li>Support the Customer Operations Team with data entry and analysis</li> <li>Provide support for ad hoc reporting and data compilation </li> <li>Assist in developing and maintaining files and tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Sound knowledge of Power BI, Qlik and database usage.</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and operational processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) at an intermediate level.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.</li></ul>What are the benefits of working at Polestar?Picnic Day: Enjoy a well-deserved day off following Boxing Day with our annual Picnic Day.
