We have No.1 market share, installed 1 out of 4 high-voltage switchgear in the world, &gt;500k high-voltage circuit-breakers installed globally.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the EHS system to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the system operation, organize internal and external audits on the company system.</li><li>You will establish an accident reporting system, personal protective equipment management system, emergency management system according to the requirements of the sustainable development department of Hitachi energy headquarters and government departments, including fire-fighting facilities and evacuation drills. </li><li>You will establish a personal protective equipment management system for chemical management and special equipment management, implement regular monitoring of environmental, industrial hygiene, and occupational disease management.</li><li>You will implement SOT and safety communication projects in the factory and establish a safety standardization system.</li><li>You will participate in the formulation of the annual work safety management objectives, assessment systems of various departments of the company and track the implementation.</li><li>You will provide QEHS training to related employees and external suppliers or third parties.</li><li>You will build a safety culture within the company and will complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul> Your background<ul><li>You hold university degree in relevant field.</li><li>More than 3 years of working experience in the HSE field.</li><li>Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to the three systems. Have a certain ability to analyze and solve problems and can deal with the work within the scope of professional problems.</li><li>Having three system internal auditor certificates is preferred.</li><li>Good command of office software.</li><li>Absolute reliability and reliability. High working accuracy and pursuit of excellence. Open-minded, hardworking, and studious. Good teamwork, communication, and organization skills. Self-motivated and quick learner, customer-oriented and good information processing skills, result-oriented, global, and forward-looking.</li><li>Fluent Mandarin can translate English and have good written English ability.
