Ideal candidates will bring experience from a gaming design agency, creative services, or a similarly fast-paced, design-driven environment.</p><p> </p><h2><strong><span>Responsibilities:</span></strong><span> </span></h2><ul><li>Coordinate daily operations and project workflows across marketing, design, and product teams to support timely execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, and client projects</li><li>Manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and milestone tracking for creative and marketing programs</li><li>Support communication and alignment between stakeholders by facilitating meetings, status updates, and internal reviews</li><li>Assist with asset management, file organization, marketing calendars, and version control of creative deliverables</li><li>Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations; maintain brand archives and ensure consistent documentation</li><li>Help maintain dashboards, trackers, and tools to monitor project health, resource allocation, and program performance</li><li>Provide administrative support for events, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and budget tracking</li><li>Identify project risks or roadblocks early and escalate to relevant leads to keep initiatives on track</li></ul><h2> </h2><h2><strong><span>Basic Qualifications:</span></strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>2+ years relevant experience</li><li>Design background</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and JIRA</li></ul><h2><span>Preferred Skills and Experience:</span></h2><ul><li>Gaming Design Agency, Creative Services experience</li><li>Ability to use additional software to manipulate media files (video, audio, or image editing tools)</li><li>Experience with SharePoint, including managing the SharePoint interface</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>ITAR REQUIREMENTS:</strong> </p><ul><li>To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
