Deliver seamless transitions from concept to SOP and ramp-to-rate.</li><li><strong>DFM/DFA Integration:</strong>   Drive early engagement with product development and engineering to embed design-for-manufacturability and design-for-assembly principles at the earliest stages.</li><li><strong>Program Milestone Execution:</strong>   Lead all industrialization activities across prototype, VR, PV, MP, and Job 1 events—ensuring tooling, equipment, and process readiness at each phase gate.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Orchestration:</strong>   Align product, process, tooling, automation, supply chain, quality, and operations teams for synchronized execution.
