Tu misión será liderar la plataforma creativa de Heura, acelerando el crecimiento de marca desde la audacia, la coherencia y la emoción. Serás responsable de transformar nuestras ideas en campañas que hablen el lenguaje de las personas, muevan conciencias y generen un legado. 📣 Responsabilidades clave <ul><li>Liderar la estrategia de marca y comunicación de Heura, desde la idea hasta la activación. </li></ul><ul><li>Gestionar un equipo creativo interno y coordinar agencias externas (creativas, PR, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Ser parte del equipo directivo y aportar liderazgo de marca a nivel estratégico. </li></ul><ul><li>Activar campañas y contenidos principalmente en canales earned y owned. </li></ul><ul><li>Planificar e implementar activaciones creativas de alto impacto y bajo presupuesto. </li></ul><ul><li>Detectar oportunidades culturales y transformarlas en momentos de marca relevantes. </li></ul><ul><li>Supervisar y optimizar el presupuesto de comunicación, maximizando ROI e innovación. </li></ul><ul><li>Asegurar consistencia, innovación y audacia en la identidad visual, narrativa y experiencial de Heura. </li></ul>💡 Perfil que buscamos <ul><li>Más de 8 años de experiencia en agencias creativas, con al menos una etapa en entorno corporativo o startup. </li></ul><ul><li>Perfil híbrido: estrategia, creatividad y ejecución. Piensas en grande y aterrizas aún mejor. </li></ul><ul><li>Historial demostrado en campañas que generaron conversación o cambio cultural. </li></ul><ul><li>Excelentes habilidades de storytelling, copywriting y pensamiento visual. </li></ul><ul><li>Experiencia liderando y motivando equipos creativos multidisciplinares. </li></ul><ul><li>Dominio del inglés y español, escrito y hablado. Heura is a plant based startup founded by food activists Marc Coloma and Bernat Añaños in April 2017. Its mission is to create solutions that will leave the current food system obsolete and accelerate the transition to a world where animals are out of the equation. Their Mediterranean culinary heritage is reflected on their products: clean label, high nutritional values and taste.
