<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</p><ul><li>Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using advanced planning software</li><li>Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for various projects</li><li>Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency</li><li>Implement Earned Value Management (EVMS) methodologies to track project performance</li><li>Analyze manpower, labor hours, and costs against budget limitations</li><li>Perform Time Impact Analysis to assess schedule changes and delays</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and team members to align project goals and timelines</li><li>Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools</li><li>Support the development of project baselines using drawings and specifications</li><li>Assist in trend analysis and forecasting to optimize project performance</li></ul>
