This role supports purchasing and vendor coordination for our solar installation operations—and occasionally for other Tiger divisions including fuel, fleet, and facilities. The right candidate will be a natural problem solver who enjoys keeping things organized and moving efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the purchasing and delivery of materials for solar projects and company operations</li><li>Build relationships with vendors, track purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement records</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and accounting to ensure on-time material availability</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, support warehouse organization, and facilitate proper storage of materials</li><li>Assist with fleet-related purchasing such as vehicle parts, safety gear, or maintenance equipment</li><li>Monitor costs and help identify opportunities for savings or process improvements</li><li>Ensure procurement policies and procedures are followed across multiple divisions</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Preferred Experience &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination</li><li>Experience with solar, renewable energy, construction, or fleet operations is a strong plus</li><li>Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to evolving needs</li><li>Comfortable working with vendors, spreadsheets, and internal software systems</li><li>College degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is a plus!</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work with Tiger?</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Purpose-driven work with real community impact</li><li>A team-oriented culture rooted in respect, inclusion, and shared growth</li><li>Opportunities to learn, lead, and contribute to a sustainable future</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Join Us?</strong><br>If you’re looking for a role where your attention to detail and knack for logistics can help power a renewable future, we’d love to hear from you.</p><div>Salary Description</div><div>$52,000 to $56,000</div>
