Faircado has been named one of Germany’s top startups to watch, and we’re just getting started.<h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Lead the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and consumer experience products, ensuring alignment with Faircado's mission to promote sustainable shopping.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience on our platform.</li><li>Analyze user feedback and data to prioritize features and improvements that enhance our second-hand shopping experience and drive user engagement.</li><li>Drive product launches from conception to release, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.</li><li>Mentor and guide other team members in product management best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and growth within the team.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>The RoleAs our first Product Manager, you won’t just manage a backlog, you’ll shape the product vision from scratch.
