The candidate will be responsible of achieving the goal of the sales budget with additional targets on the price increase for the industry division.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Draw up, in close collaboration with the area managers, all requests for offers that come to us from the market.</li><li>Manage complex requests with the support of internal stakeholders (Technical department, Customer Service)</li><li>Reply to customers quickly, avoiding loss of time due to inefficient communication between departments.</li><li>Monitor offers (in CRM) and their outcomes.</li><li>Be aligned with Corporate Division in relation to the periodic meetings of the Industry segment.</li><li>Follow the activity with external visits.</li><li>Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting customers’ technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts from an internal sales perspective, collaborating with external sales.</li><li>Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.</li><li>Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.</li><li>Close new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.</li><li>Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.</li><li>Develop accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.</li><li>Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.</li><li>Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.</li></ul>Required Competencies:<ul><li>2 years’ experience in a similar commercial role.</li><li>Technical knowledge of similar products in the piping system and industrial sector and its applications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Italian market area and customers.</li><li>Ability to negotiate orders.</li></ul>Aliaxis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer who welcomes candidates and employees from all backgrounds.
