This role reports directly to the IEI Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the IEI Management Committee, playing a key role in shaping the company’s global HSW culture. You will:<ul><li>Lead and coordinate HSW policies, strategies, and indicators across all IEI countries and business units</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture and integrate prevention into all management processes</li><li>Define and implement the HSW Management System and performance evaluation strategy</li><li>Advise on risk prevention plans and annual preventive action plans</li><li>Oversee environmental and ergonomic studies and ensure compliance with inspections</li><li>Lead training and competence development for cross-functional teams</li><li>Manage legal compliance, certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 45003, Top Employer), and audit processes</li><li>Represent Iberdrola in international HSW forums and initiatives</li></ul>What are we looking for?<ul><li>Recognized degree or qualification in a discipline related to Health and Safety, engineering/safety engineering or similar, with good knowledge of current European legislation on Health and Safety.</li><li>Solid experience as a Health and Safety professional, preferably in the renewable energy, energy, or oil and gas sectors, ideally including offshore wind or marine environments.</li><li>A qualification in an environmental discipline such as IEMA or CIEH Environmental Management is a plus; GWO certification is desirable.
