This role is responsible for providing insightful analysis, supporting performance monitoring, and delivering accurate management information.The postholder will:<ul><li>Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Delivery and Development teams, Engineering, Commercial, and other stakeholders to gather accurate data, validate project progress, and maintain consistency in reporting.</li><li>Prepare and deliver high-quality PowerBI reports and dashboards to use in governance forums, providing clear insights into project actions, progress, costs, and risks.</li><li>Develop and build of PowerBI dashboards using multiple data sources from source systems, including transformation of complex data sets to drive relevant insights for project teams.</li><li>Maintain the PMO SharePoint site with latest documentation to support project teams, including knowledge management, training materials and other resources.</li><li>Support governance meetings by capturing and tracking actions, decisions and risks.</li><li>Support the PMO team in achieving and maintaining high standards of data quality across the portfolio.</li><li>Analyse and interpret project and portfolio data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, contributing to enhanced reporting processes and decision-making.</li><li>Assist in tracking set performance KPIs across the projects.</li><li>Facilitate planning sessions and workshops to support the development and structuring of projects and programmes of work.</li><li>Support coordination and stakeholder engagement across the portfolio, helping to manage overlaps, dependencies, and risks.</li><li>Support compliance with established project governance processes, supporting continuous improvement of tools, templates, and reporting standards.</li><li>Produce ad-hoc reports and analysis for consumption by PMO capability leads.</li><li>Contribute to the development of PMO maturity by supporting the rollout of best practices, guidance, training materials, and onboarding for new PMO team members or project stakeholders.</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>Experience of working in a multi-project environment with time-constrained deadlines.</li><li>Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and ensure alignment across teams to maintain accurate data and consistent reporting.</li><li>Familiar with governance processes, standard PMO tools, templates, and reporting standards.</li><li>Ability to support high standards of data quality, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy and high-quality reporting.</li><li>Experience coordinating governance meetings, documenting actions and outcomes, and producing ad-hoc reports for leadership.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) and Power BI.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills.</li><li>Well-developed planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>To be successful, you will have to demonstrate (as a minimum):<ul><li>Proven experience in developing PowerBI dashboards and management reports.</li><li>Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Experience developing PowerApps tools to facilitate project level reporting.</li></ul>   What’s in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
