The Engineering Systems Senior Manager is the technical subject matter expert for the company’s engineering processes and software.  This position is responsible for helping develop, improve, and train all engineering processes, as well as helping to configure, test, and provide first-level user support on all engineering software. They are responsible for driving the strategic direction and technical execution of all engineering processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and alignment with the company’s goals. Our ideal candidate must have a high degree of technical competence, written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable working independently or collaboratively.  A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or significant professional experience is required.  We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of OEM, or Tier 1 experience, working with industry standard PLM systems (i.e. 3DExperience, Teamcenter, Aras, etc.).
