Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse &amp; Inventory Coordinator for its Midland, Texas, office. The Warehouse &amp; Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ordering all chemistry, parts and material items that support Streamlines Permian Basin Operations. This position will also track and report inventory counts that are submitted to the Streamline accounting department on a monthly and quarterly basis; ensure that minimum volumes for all chemistry and parts are kept in the warehouse and maintain vendor relationships at the local level. Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Ensure adherence to HSE compliance standards among employees and at operational sites</li> <li>Aid in development and implement inventory management policies and procedures to ensure uninterrupted support of Streamline operations</li> <li>Receive, monitor, evaluate, and record all deliveries and shipments</li> <li>Conduct monthly chemical and parts inventory counts. Report accurate, timely data to the Streamline Controller by the 4th business day of the following month</li> <li>Procure all chemistry and supplies required to support Streamline operations by requesting quotes from vendors and issuing POs in Dynamics</li> <li>Utilize software to ensure inventory is properly tracked and accounted for (Dynamics, FIIX, Excel, etc.)</li> <li>Execute inventory purchases up to an authorized amount</li> <li>Analyze inventory levels and turnover to predict and resolve potential inventory shortages or surpluses</li> <li>Document and address inventory shrinkage due to loss or theft</li> <li>Manage the safe and timely delivery of shipment of all parts, materials, and supplies</li> <li>Organize warehouse facility maintenance and ensure the safe operation of warehouse activities</li> <li>Manage and control parts inventory on customer locations</li> <li>Collaborate with field operations to facilitate the management of remote inventory, including the procurement and scheduling of deliveries to supply locations in remote inventory settings</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships and communications, analyze differences in supplier quality and performance.
