Your main tasks will be:Customer Training &amp; Enablement<ul><li>Lead onboarding and implementation journeys for enterprise clients</li><li>Deliver tailored training sessions and best-practice workflows</li><li>Enable users throughout the customer lifecycle with documentation, webinars, and support material </li></ul>Consulting &amp; Internal Collaboration<ul><li>Host enablement sessions for Customer Success Consultants to ensure knowledge transfer</li><li>Share learnings and escalate account-critical topics to CSCs</li><li>Serve as a subject-matter expert for SRM rollout processes</li></ul>Documentation<ul><li>Collaborate with our Technical Documentation Team to create and maintain accurate onboarding and enablement resources</li><li>Ensure consistency across internal documentation and customer-facing content in the Prewave Help Center</li></ul>Product &amp; Process Feedback<ul><li>Be a first-line tester of new features, validating their usability and customer impact</li><li>Channel structured feedback to Product and contribute to refining and scaling onboarding frameworks</li><li>Identify bugs and usability gaps and help prioritize them for resolution</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>3+ years experience in enterprise SaaS onboarding, implementation, or solution consulting</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset</li><li>Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, actionable workflows</li><li>A collaborative attitude and comfort working across Product, Support, and Success teams</li><li>Fluency in English; German or widely spoken languages is a plus</li></ul> What we offer you What You Can Expect:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognize and reward talent.
