As part of our Training Academy, participants will rotate through key disciplines within the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), including planning and environmental management, design, program management, construction, materials, maintenance, and traffic operations.Throughout the program, participants will gain hands-on experience by shadowing technical experts, supporting critical project tasks, and deepening their knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Projects will vary in size and complexity, offering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Participants will contribute to the research, development, and implementation of engineering plans, cost estimates, and technical reports.
